2 Approval of Minute
The minute of 14th June 2016 was approved with inclusion omitted re Jane Montgomery becoming a branch signatory as agreed in the May meeting
3 Matters arising
Treasurers
iPad – Alistair advised the committee that he has now purchased an iPad to replace his previous laptop which was not working.
Tabbards – These still haven't arrived. There is some issue with a shortage of material, which they are hoping will be resolved soon
Health & Safety – Ross Munro and Mairi Murray carried out a health &a safety walk round, covering Medical Records. The report has still to be written. A Health & Safety meeting has also taken place with no issues.
PAIAW APF 30th June 2016 - staff side did not agree the paper as presented, management
were asked for more information, including audits on payroll and all payroll data used to
come to their decision on settlement, which would allow staff side to look at how the
figures were derived. The next meeting of APF will be on the 29th July, working to
management rules for dissemination of papers, we should receive them no later than the 22nd.
4 Branch budget
The committee discussed the best way to set the budget and agreed to use the previous two years to produce a reasonable budget. Stephan made up a spreadsheet to show the new budget and a copy of this is attached.
12 AOCB
Alto Cards – Use of these will be withdrawn after 31st August 2016. An alternative is currently being looked at and hopefully should be up and running soon, Unity Corporate Multipay card could be an optionScottish Pulled Fare System – Alistair will have to look into this to find out of we owe money or if the money i3s owed to us.
